Privacy policy

PartFind (partfind.io) is operated by WellTracked LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated October 9, 2026.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
• Payments: card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Quote requests: your company, name, email, phone, PO number, buyer type, parts list and any tax-exempt certificate you attach.
• Contact form: your name, email, part or model number and message.
• Back-in-stock alerts: your email and the part you asked about.
• Basic logs: like most websites, our host records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam.

How we use it

To answer quotes and questions, process and ship orders, send emails you asked for, prevent fraud and spam, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment and calculate sales tax.
• Our parts suppliers and shipping carriers, so your order can be shipped to you.
• Postmark, to send our emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts our website and runs Turnstile.

Tax-exempt certificates

A certificate you attach to a quote request is kept for 180 days for review, then deleted, unless it is needed for an order's tax records.

Cookies

We use a few cookies to keep your cart and run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, fix or delete your personal information: email support@partfind.io. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Children

This store is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
