Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from partfind.io. The seller is WellTracked LLC, which operates PartFind. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or listing was wrong, or if a part is no longer available from our suppliers.

Quotes

A quote lists the parts, prices and terms it is valid for. A quote becomes an order only when you approve it and we confirm it.

What we sell

Appliance parts, HVAC parts and water filters. Brand names and part numbers of other companies are used only to show fit. PartFind is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by those companies. Check the model number on your appliance or equipment before you install a part.

Installation and safety

Follow the instructions that come with the part and your appliance or equipment manual. Turn off power, gas and water before you work. Gas, refrigerant and high voltage work needs a licensed technician. We do not sell refrigerant.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a part is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as installation or labor costs.
