Ordered the wrong part? You can return an unused part within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Parts that are unused and not installed.
• In the original packaging, with all pieces.

What can not be returned

• Parts that were installed or used, unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item because of our mistake.
• Electrical parts that were wired in, even briefly.

How to return a part

1. Email support@partfind.io with your order number and the part you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and steps.
3. Ship the part back with tracking.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned part to your original payment method once it is received. Original shipping is not refunded unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. If we made the mistake, we cover the return shipping.
